Song from Heaven

“Sing to the LORD a new song; Sing to the LORD, all the earth. Sing to the LORD, bless His name; Proclaim good tidings of His salvation from day to day.…” – Psalm 96:1-2

I hope this post finds you well!

Last night as I was going to sleep I heard a particular song singing through my head.  It lulled me to sleep.  I don’t usually have this happen to me.  I slept very well last night.  Also unusual.  And when I awoke, the same song was singing through my head as if it never stopped.  Like I was listening to it on repeat all night.

I immediately asked Jesus, “Are you with me now?  Is this song from Heaven to get my attention? If it is then please let it be the first song I hear on Pandora.”

And it was…and I bawled.

August Prayer for Peace

“As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.” – Ephesians 4:14-16

To all my fellow seekers of honesty,

I have faith that your day is going as planned, and that we are united through this wonderful community on WordPress to seek out wholehearted truth!

Over the past week, I have been getting messages about unity, love, and all that brings these together–God, the bodies and senses.  I have been piecing these messages together, and today as I was lead to select the August Prayer for Peace prayer, I noticed how this prayer tied all of the messages together.

First, I would like to share the August Prayer for Peace with you:

May God, the Lord, bless us with all heavenly benediction, and make us pure and holy in His Sight. May the riches of His glory abound in us, May He instruct us with the Word of Truth, inform us with the Gospel of salvation, and enrich us with His Love through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen. – Gelasian Sacramentary

As I read it I started to hear trumpets sound and then I heard the following song play in my mind,

Love, Love, Love.  Love, Love, Love.  Love, Love, Love. There’s nothing you can do that can’t be done. Make a Stand Monday – Direct Revelation

“The days are surely coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah. It will not be like the covenant that I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt—a covenant that they broke, though I was their husband, says the Lord. But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. No longer shall they teach one another, or say to each other, “Know the Lord,” for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, says the Lord; for I will forgive their iniquity, and remember their sin no more. – Jeremiah 31:31-34

Today I would like to make a stand by asking the following:

How do you receive direct revelations from God?

To me, it is no surprise that we can ALL have direct revelations from God; whether that be in dreams, visions, words or impressions.

These direct revelations are made possible by the Lord living in our hearts, answering our pleas and instituting the glory of God in our joys.

He gives us not what we ask for but what we need.  Today, we need the independence to look beyond what is material/physical and seek out what is common amongst all realms–passion/love/devotion.

Along with this independence, we must give voice to our experiences.  Without these voiced experiences we are not recognizing and applauding the wisdom and guidance brought forth by God.  We are keeping these experiences hidden and locked up when we could be sharing this passion with others.

Hence, I will continue to give voice to my direct experiences with God and Heaven here on this blog.  This is the only way that I can see and experience the truth.

And guess what? It is with great joy that we can read that scripture confirms that what we are experiencing is the New Covenant, Living Presence and Living Word of God moving around us.
